Specializing in underground water, sewer, and storm utilities, site prep, shoring, drainage, culverts, building pads. IC&E helps clients achieve their project goals by employing efficient and cost-effective approaches. Our extensive knowledge, expertise, high quality, and safety standards deliver value to a wide breadth of projects in various local industry sectors. Brendon Irwin has more than 15 years of experience as a construction project manager and as a heavy machinery operator. He founded IC&E out of a life-long love of construction. He is known to be a “Jack of All Trades” and values time and efficiency in his work. His approach to every job is to “have fun and get it done.”

Samantha is the owner and CEO of Irwin Construction & Excavating. Sam manages the day-to-day business operations for IC&E including estimating, invoicing, customer relations and guiding our team to deliver top-tier results in the construction industry.
